Could be fun...

Would anyone like to join me??

Looking up!

Well, things are starting to look up! Very exciting actually! I have to say that I was on cloud nine yesterday for a few hours:) And to top it all off, as a mini “Woohoo, I did it!” gift to myself I ordered an awesome set of pots and pans. Now for those of you who don’t know me, I love cooking. I’m not the best cook out there, but I love trying and have definitely started to improve. Can’t wait till I get them. YAY! Mini wave in celebration of me!

Shiny...

Sometimes I get distracted by shiny things...I can admit it. Really I can :)

Insomnia...

Insomnia. I hate it. And more than that it makes me tired. I get tired just thinking about it. Why then, can I not sleep I wonder. I think it's because my mind races. Sadly when it strikes everyone I know on earth is sleeping. So now what? Here I sit...hopefully sleepiness will come soon:) Perhaps I shall count some sheep...one, two, three...four....five.....

"The" boat

I love looking through old pictures! So many times I don't remember what I have and am surprised when I find them...these for instance. I totally forgot I had taken these...fun fun!

WOOT!

Ok – I just have to share. I am so excited. SO EXCITED! November. It can’t come soon enough. I am going to two concerts. Two concerts in 5 days! I think I’ll probably start a countdown – I’m such a geek. I can live with that though…

Two great shows, seen them both already once…both times were great. I can only imagine that each time I see them, they will get better!

Just have to keep my fingers crossed that I will be able to hold it together during “Without You Here”…please let me, please let me, please let me… :)

A silver lining

They say that every cloud has a silver lining...in some cases I agree whole heartedly. In other cases I struggle to find it...however, in this case I believe it. Funny, seeing something like this really does make me think about, as well as appreciate, things. A beautiful sight this weekend though, hands down.

Strange and peculiar...

Thoughts:

Well shockingly enough I don't really have a lot to say. Doesn't happen often, but I think I just need to take the time to ponder, consider, think about, wonder, comtemplate... Soon perhaps, or not - I really don't know. One thing I do know - TGIF! I am so glad it's the weekend!!

More trip pics...

Fields of roses...

Looking through some photos from a couple months ago I came across these ones that I totally forgot about. All I can really say is that I was floored by the beauty of an actual field of roses. It is something I have never see before, and wow! It is gorgeous!

Adjusting...

Well, well, well…after a whirlwind vacation – TONS O’ FUN (by the way) – life is getting back to normal. Back to work, out with friends, and generally organizing which is something that always seems to be left to the wayside.

Oh the joy!

Things are good. Just adjusting. There are so many things that I question though right now, was it right or wrong? Am I being silly or smart? Will this work out in the end? I hate not knowing. I do wish things had gone a different way, worked out for the better…

Hello from the road!

Well...here I sit - it's just after midnight and thought I would give a short update... The Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame was awesome! Spent almost 6 hours there taking it all in! AWESOME!!!

Then we headed towards and through Chicago - gotta love construction and tolls:) Stayed in Rockford for the night, and then on to Spring Green, Wisconsin.

The House On The Rock is there, and very cool. It's the second time I've been there but equally as strange and quirky as the first time. A huge house with the Infinity Room, a HUGE indoor carousel, and rooms upon rooms of odds and ends - replicas of the crown jewels, doll houses, musical instruments, books and more! We were there for about 4 hours! Many, many, many pictures were taken there!!

So here I am, in Rochester, Minnesota...onto the the Mall of America tomorrow for some shopping and exploring! YAY!!
