It has to do with the brain, but I looked for laymen's description of this and I couldn't find anything! It keeps making reference to it coinciding with hydrocephaly and that is when the fetus is growing for some reason there is fluid on the brain. I have no clue, why do you want to know this?

Ok...I knew that, but what happens...does it have to be drained, do you leave it, how does it affect people?
