After another great weekend away, I am home again. Train rides, shopping, movie, walks, dinners, and a family gathering. I was informed this weekend that I now have an official adoptive family. My friends mom has bought me a pot for cooking, hit me for being a smartass - I do agree that I probably deserved it:), and got mad at me for putting my feet up on the train seats. As well as meeting a LARGE portion of the family, and being hugged and kissed by many strangers:), I am an unofficial member!
Had two small incidents though...nacho cheese everywhere at the movie...the holder thingy bent in the middle and I made a cheese trail to the table as well as got it all over my sleeve and down the front of my pants...DARN IT! And the second was a fall - thank heavens I was alone! I was walking up the escalator at the subway station and fell. OW!
Word of the day:
Attrinyl (a try' nil) - n. (chemical symbol: At) A black, bulletproof, totally inflexible type of plastic, used primarily in covers of pay phone directories.

lol jen you are too funny. why doesn't the fall or the nacho incident suprise me?!!!!
I know...I know... :)
Aren't adoptive families the best?!? I have friends in Estevan that I consider family. I refer to them as my "Estevan Family".
Why don't they make more things out of "Attrinyl"?? I bet that's what the "little black boxes" in planes are made of...
Now if we could only creare bulletproof vests of Attrinyl.
I can't believe she fesses up to the clumsy things! Has she no pride?
I have found another way Attrinyl is used - I am sure it is the main component of my cellulite.
Who's Luke? He's cute.
